What is an Urban ledger referral program?

Urban Ledger is currently offering the opportunity for users to earn a bonus for inviting their family members and friends. Once the referred users meet all reward program terms and conditions, the coupon card is awarded to the individual who submitted the referral and friends who use referral links. How do I refer to a friend? How does this referral program work?

• Share the referral link with your friend (“Referee”) through social media or email.
• Your friend uses your referral link to sign up or enters a referral code while creating their Urban Ledger account.
• Your friend makes the first payment to another user.

What rewards can I earn?

On successful referral, both users will get a coupon of AED 50.00 as a reward.

Which of my friends are eligible to refer? / Who can I refer to earn rewards?

All friends who are not already registered on the Urban ledger app are eligible for the referral program.

What conditions must referrals complete for me to earn the reward?

Refer a Friend is a referral program to earn rewards for every friend you invite to send money with Urban Ledger, and when they complete the first trparaaction on the app. To participate in it, you must:

• Share the referral link with your friend ('Referee') through social media or email.
• Your friend uses your referral link to sign up or enters a referral code while creating their Urban Ledger account.
• Your friend makes the first payment to another user.

How do I track the referral status (whether a referral is pending or completed) ?

You can track referral status and rewards earned on the mobile app.

How will I receive my reward ?

On successful referral you and your friend will receive the email notification.

Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer? / Is there a limit to the number of rewards I can earn?

Yes, maximum you can earn 10 referral awards however you will still be able to share your referral link with friends after exceeding the limit.

Where can friends enter my referral code?

• A friend can enter a referral code while signing up in the urban ledger app, there is a nonmandatory text field that will accept a referral code.
• If your friend is signing up with a URL the referral code will be automatically copied to the referral code section.

Where can I reach out if my question wasn't parawered here?

• All the requirements are completed Its been at least 30 days since all the requirements have been completed.
• Check your email account to confirm you haven’t received the e-gift code. Make sure that you check the junk/spam folder
